I was referred to Philleo by a friend and client of yours about a year ago.
I would call myself a self-made critic of insurance companies, and I am a skeptic and basically don’t have much to say in a positive vein about insurance.
HOWEVER, I get it that insurance is a reality, and I COULD NOT be happier and more impressed by everyone I have dealt with at Philleo. Whether it is someone answering the phone, to emails sent, it’s always professional and top notch.
The first person I came across was Sandra, and she has been AWESOME. She has been my main go-to, and she has delivered time after time. She truly is outstanding in her job, and you can tell she enjoys her job by the way she does her job.
Then I was introduced to Gina, and the same can be said about Gina. Professional. Good at her job. Timely. Everything top notch.
If Sandra and Gina ever leave Philleo and go to the same company, I will drop Philleo and follow them….they are that good!

Phileo got me a stellar rate on bundling my insurance needs, and listened carefully as I peppered him with questions about coverage and rates. He never pressured me into anything, merely made suggestions on what he saw as best for my wife and I, but ultimately left the decision up to us. There is only pros, and no cons with choosing Phileo. Great customer service, better coverage, and the best rates.
UPDATE as of August, 2023: I have now been through a fairly major claim while still being serviced by Phileo. My opinion of them has only improved.

I had the pleasure of working with Gina at Philleo. My condo building was in the process of needing new flood insurance. Even though their agency didn’t handle the current flood insurance (they handle the other insurance for the condo) she went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me and we ended up obtaining it through their agency. They saved our condo thousands of dollars too! I would not hesitate to recommend Gina and Philleo Agency to anyone looking for a company who truly has their customers best interest in mind! Laura Popies is very knowledgeable and is great at following up. She was very patient with me while I was moving everything over. Philleo agency has such a wonderful employees, very kind and takes time make sure you understand what your insurance needs are.
My husband and I had a current auto plan thru Philleo but had needed a homeowners policy for a new house we purchased. Jessie, was super helpful and patient with us since we didn’t know exactly what we needed for the policy. We had a lot of questions and a bit of back and forth with finally, deciding on the policy and Jessie was so great!

I have been with Philleo for almost 20 years and I’ve never considered another agency! Jeanne has been amazing from the start, and always takes time for all of my questions. This agency will take care of your business as if it’s their own. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and they will completely take the stress out of insuring your business.
Shannon compared our current insurance policies and showed where we were lacking insurance in a low pressure way. She gave suggestions on areas to improve and was able to provide us better insurance for less money. When we switched insurances she explained the entire process and even helped cancel our current insurance. It was much easier than I thought it would be. Thanks Shannon!

The customer service that we received was above and beyond anything that we have ever experienced. Stephanie was able to help us with everything that we needed. When my daughter was old enough to get her own insurance, she notified us and was able to get her set up on her own as well as saving us money in the process because we are paying her insurance payments until she gets done with college.If I ever have a question or need information, I know that all I have to do is email or call Stephanie and she will help me with whatever I need. I highly recommend Philleo for your insurance needs.
